Marketing for Rotterdam Credit Expo
TCM Netherlands/NIB Group
Marketing department launched a marketing campaign in advance of the November
2009 Credit Expo in Rotterdam. The proposition was to offer the services of TCM
Group to local credit managers, lawyers and bailiffs who may need assistance
worldwide. TCM Netherlands marketing campaign consisted of four steps:
- Mailings to all attending credit managers, lawyers and bailiffs describing TCM
Group capability with international debt collections. The mailing described how
credit managers who work only in the Netherlands and in Europe may now accept
receivables from all over the world with certainty and confidence that proper
coverage is available by the TCM Group and its affiliated worldwide offices.
- TCM Netherlands call center contacted all the prospects (950 individuals and
organizations) and made appointments to visit with NIB's account managers at
the Expo
- TCM Group representatives from different countries also had attended the Credit
Expo on 4th of November 2009 to boost the TCM overall image.
- A follow up campaign was then initiated to all visitors of NIB's booth at the
Credit Expo with a letter thanking them for their visit.

Impact of Globalization
Globalization continues to bring economies and cultures closer
together. Business and service oriented ties between organizations and
people of different countries and cultures become stronger and more
common. Along with these changes, the problems of uncollected
international debt grows critical. There is little doubt that the
scope of uncollected international debt will grow. This will leave
businesses and organizations in developed countries with a mighty
challenge. International debt will carve out a growing slice of their
revenue. They must adapt quickly or forego a large part of their
earnings. Industries that may be affected by international debt have
two options: accept this status quo and do nothing, or utilize the
services of international debt collection services that can follow the
debt trail to whichever corner of the world it may have gone to and
deliver money that is owed. To learn more about how to improve your
bottom line, click here: International Collection Agency |
